Top French chef, Gilles Choukroun, renowned for his avant-garde haute cuisine, blends, marries and unites flavours in ways quite unlike anyone else in Paris’ food circuit. His personal approach to cooking has earned him a reputation as a food-guru extraordinaire. Even as he strays away from more traditional dishes, Grandma’s favourites such as ‘hachis parmentier’ are always available. However, his food remains distinguishably French and reassuringly refined.
